Quinoa Porridge with Berries

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold running water.
  2. Combine with the water in a pot and bring to the boil.
  3. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until soft.
  4. Add milk and apple. Cook for 3-5 minutes until creamy.
  5. Squash most of the berries into the porridge then serve with the remaining scattered on top.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of i Eat Protein Peanut Butter mix to 2 tablespoons of water and mix until creamy smooth. Drizzle peanut butter on top of porridge.
  7. Enjoy!
