- 1 scoop 1 Up Nutrition Cinnamon Crunch ISO protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray and add the 1 Up protein, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon, stevia and mix well.
- Add the egg and mix into the dry mixture. Then, add the almond milk and vanilla extract. If batter is too crumbly, continue adding milk until a thick batter is formed.
- Microwave for 60 seconds, or until just cooked in the center. Once ready to serve, add some cinnamon along with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
