Protein Mug Cake

  • 1 scoop 1 Up Nutrition Cinnamon Crunch ISO protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract



  1. Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray and add the 1 Up protein, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon, stevia and mix well.
  2. Add the egg and mix into the dry mixture. Then, add the almond milk and vanilla extract. If batter is too crumbly, continue adding milk until a thick batter is formed.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until just cooked in the center. Once ready to serve, add some cinnamon along with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
