Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • Few cucumber slices
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
  • 1 tsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Paprika

Instructions:

  1. Top a lettuce leaf with slices of chicken breast, cucumber, chopped cherry tomatoes, hummus, lemon juice and a sprinkle of paprika.
  2. Wrap it up with another piece of lettuce.
