Ingredients:
- 3 scoops of 1 Up Nutrition Protein
- ½ cup coconut oil (melted)
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 160 C
- Line a 26 x 16cm cake tin with baking paper
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan, then pour into a large bowl
- Put all the remaining ingredients apart from the blueberries and cranberries in the bowl and mix to a chunky batter (add water if necessary)
- Stir in the blueberries and cranberries
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin and spread to an even layer
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and set
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool
- After 5-10 minutes, cut into 8 bars.
- Drizzle i Eat Peanut Butter topping on bars and allow to set, about 15 minutes at room temperature.
