- 4 egg whites
- 2 scoops 1 Up Nutrition Coconut Protein
- 3 tbs of almond milk
- 1 serving i Eat Protein Peanut Butter (Topping)
- Add egg whites and protein powder in a bowl. Beat the egg whites and protein powder while gradually adding the milk until you have a runny batter.
- Heat frying pan with olive oil spray. Add a ladle of batter to the pan and flip to cook on both sides.
- In a small bowl add 1 serving i Eat Protein Peanut Butter with 2 tbsp water and mix until creamy smooth.
- Insert topping on Crepes and Munch!
