Banana Caramel Protein Cheesecake

  • 2 scoops 1 Up Whey Banana Caramel
  • 2/4 cups Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 4 tsp Stevia
  • 4 tsp Almond Milk
  • 1 cup of crushed Whole Grain Crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter



  1. For the crust, spray a small pie dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine crushed crackers, and butter. Press into prepared pie plate.
  3. Mix all other ingredients in a blender and then pour into pie crust.
  4. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving
  5. Enjoy!
