Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 Scoop 1 Up Nutrition Whey Protein (Coconut Ice Cream) or Organic Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
- 2 tbsp reduced fat unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk
- 1/2 stevia
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray 8×8 pan with non-stick spray.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
