- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop 1 Up Nutrition Protein (any flavour)
- 1/2 cup I eat Protein Quinoa Puffs (High Protein/Gluten Free)
- Handful berries
- Handful nuts and seeds (optional; almonds or pumpkin seeds)
- Mix protein powder into the greek yoghurt
- Top it off with Quinoa Puffs, frozen berries, nuts and seeds and enjoy!
